It was a multi-interview process and they don't give you much choice in terms of scheduling; you have to adapt to their times. In all interviews, they kept asking the same things insistently. I ended up dropping out because I saw in references that workloads and hours can sometimes be excessive, and I even noticed this in the contacts the recruitment team made with me outside of work hours.

The process was super fast. They really wanted me to come in person for the interview quickly, but I was still working and it would take me 3-4 days plus 4 hours of travel. It wasn't possible to do it over Teams. Their labs are quite a ways from Brussels Midi. I found it really disrespectful that they weren't flexible for me to come to Brussels, but then didn't even respond by email. They did pay for my trip, but I put my other job applications on hold for a month, only to get an automatic email saying the recruitment process was closed. I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. It's fine if they don't want to hire me, but the least they could do is let me know. They said I'd get an email in 2 weeks, but nothing came. In the end, I spent 8 hours traveling in one day to be as flexible as possible for them, and I heard nothing after the 30-minute interview was over. This is not okay at all.

I found the job on LinkedIn. After a phone screening and two more phone interviews, I had 4 individual 30-minute interviews with other managers in the department, making the whole thing last 2.5 hours. The Sr. Recruiter was professional, and everyone was friendly and open. It was a good experience. You should study their website to understand their progressive approach to updating their global culture. The offices were nice, the location is central, and the employees seemed happy. They occupy several floors in the building. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to get validated. They have covered parking, which is a nice perk.
