Software Engineer Trainee
The hiring process involved an aptitude test, a hackathon where coding was optional, a technical MCQ, a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. All of these rounds were considered easy. It was a great recruitment process, I really enjoyed it.
- Regarding database fetching, how would you handle retrieving 10 fields of data simultaneously?
Software Engineer
So, the first step was this Aptitude Test. It's got three parts: Verbal, Quant, and Reasoning, with 30 questions each. You get 20 minutes for each section, so you really gotta be quick with your time. The questions themselves aren't super hard. Just a heads-up, it takes like a whole month for them to tell you how you did on the test.
- Can you explain why you had low scores in college?
Software Engineer
Interview was pretty easy, they asked questions directly and checked my coding style. I passed with great feedback. It was a good time at enghouse, I'd suggest it for people just starting out.
- Questions about Data Structures and Algorithms
- Questions about Object-Oriented Programming
- Assessment of coding style
