The first step was a video call with the recruiter, which went well. We had a good conversation. Next, there was a technical interview, but the interviewers didn't seem very engaged. One person had a headache and didn't ask any questions. They weren't interested in getting to know me. This interview only lasted 20 minutes and no technical questions were asked.

The process felt like a lot of empty promises. It started with an HR interview, then a meeting with the Managing Director, followed by interviews with the heads of the support and sales departments. However, updates were nonexistent. Despite everything seemingly going well and being told I was the top candidate, HR would disappear for 6-10 days, only to resurface saying everything was on track, then vanish again for another two weeks. It makes you wonder what the experience of working there would be like, especially when promises from the general manager seem to carry so little weight during hiring.

It started with a phone interview with the recruiter. Then there was a personal interview with the line manager/VP of Sales and some local company staff. After that, I interviewed with the HR Director. The final stage was a presentation for the board of directors and stakeholders. Throughout the process, the company was very informative and gave quick, consistent feedback. It felt like all the interviewers were genuinely interested in my work experience and my perspective on the job. There weren't any weird, tricky questions or tests.

Applied online on 4/2. Got a call from HR for a quick recruiter chat on 4/3. Interviewed in person on 4/4. HR reviewed some forms, gave me benefits info and her card. The I.T. Director then interviewed me, focusing on personality and fit rather than technical skills. Following that, the Director brought in the Network Guy, and we discussed some technical topics. We toured the office and data center. The interview lasted 2 hours, with the Director and I chatting outside for an additional 10 minutes, where he also gave me his business card. On 4/10, I received an email stating the position was pulled by Corporate on Friday and would not be filled.
