Business Process Associate
Nice and easy process with much efficiency and proficiency. First, they asked to stay in the room, then the interviewer came and asked different questions related to BPO.
- What is BPO?
- Tell me your introduction.
- Why do you want to work in this company?
Account Manager
I started with a phone interview with a mid-level employee, which was a really friendly chat. Then, I had a 2-hour tag-team interview with a senior account manager, the COO, and someone from HR, which I wasn't expecting. Some interviewers seemed pretty checked out. The HR person would ask a question, and then just zone out looking around while I was trying to answer, which was super unprofessional and made it hard to focus. I didn't hear back for weeks, even though they said they'd reply within a week. After a bunch of emails, I finally got a response saying they chose someone else. About a month later, the job was posted again. I applied for a different role a few months after that and got an interview with another HR person. I mentioned I'd interviewed for the account manager role before, and they said they needed to check if I was still 'hirable' and would let me know. I never heard back from that either, despite multiple emails. Still waiting to hear back. I really liked the company's vision and spent a lot of time researching the CEO and the company's growth. I guess the office culture felt a bit 'young minded' and narrow in their search, and I don't think I fit that vibe. Since I don't know the real reason I wasn't hired or why communication was so poor, I can only guess why I wasn't a good fit. I have the education and experience. They said they would let me know within a week, but I had to chase them for a response.
- If you were the CEO, what would be the first three actions you would take?
Business Analyst
The recruiting assistant gave me an assignment to check my skills for the role. After that, they set up a phone interview, and if it went well, I had an on-site interview. They asked a lot of behavioral questions about how I would deal with different situations. I was told they didn't move forward with me because the position was filled, but I saw similar job ads later.
- Tell me about a time you implemented a new process.
- Can you share an instance where you missed a deadline?
Data Scientist
I had a phone screen with a recruiter who asked about my data science experience and some behavioral questions. Then, I was given a take-home assessment to complete using Python and Jupyter notebooks. After submitting the take-home, it took them three weeks to let me know I didn't get the job.
- What motivated you to apply for this role?
