The first part was a video call with the recruiter where they asked me about my background, what skills I have, and if I was interested in different projects. Then, they gave me a dataset (it was desensitized) to analyze. I had about a week to prepare a report and then I had to present it like a consultant would during the interview.

I got an email from the recruiter saying I passed the first round and the next step is an interview. The recruiter gave me a lot of timeframes to pick from over the next few days. I picked three. The call started on time. They mostly asked about my resume and some behavioral questions. I thought I did well, but I didn't get to the next stage.

The interview process kicked off with a pretty standard behavioral chat. After that, there was a second round where I had to do a bunch of prep work to put together and give a presentation based on a given prompt. Then, a panel asked me questions about my proposal and how I'd go about executing it.
