First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at enFocus.
Fellowship
The interview process was pretty comprehensive and included a case study. It was a relaxed environment with decent people. It's a small company and I wasn't too impressed with the benefits, salary, hours, or work-life balance. They do have some cool opportunities in the community, but it sounds like a lot of work for a relatively small role.
- They asked for a case study, and you need to prepare a presentation with your answer.
Consultant Intern
The first part was a video call with the recruiter where they asked me about my background, what skills I have, and if I was interested in different projects. Then, they gave me a dataset (it was desensitized) to analyze. I had about a week to prepare a report and then I had to present it like a consultant would during the interview.
- Which of your skills do you think would be most beneficial to our clients?
Innovation Intern
The interview experience at enFocus was quite pleasant. The questions mostly centered around my daily routines and work ethics, which allowed me to showcase my personality and professional values. The interviewers were very friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They also provided me with some valuable advice, which I found helpful and insightful. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a good impression of the company culture.
- What do you like to do in your free time?
Innovation Fellow
The interview process is pretty straightforward. It typically includes 2-3 interviews depending on the role, but usually includes an introductory interview, a behavioral interview, and a presentation interview. Sometimes the introductory interview can be waived with a good introduction at a career fair or other professional introduction. The behavioral interview makes sure you are a good culture fit, and the presentation shows your competency in the field. The interviewers make you feel at ease and comfortable.
- Are you a resident of the South Bend-Elkhart region or its vicinity?
