It wasn't a stressful interview process at all. I first heard from the company at a job fair. Then I went in for a preliminary interview at a smaller office. The second round of interviews was at their main headquarters. It was a long day with 5 different groups of people, about 12 people in total. I really enjoyed chatting with some folks over lunch who I hadn't met before. They got back to me about a week after the second round and gave me some time to think it over since I had other offers.

I first connected with the company at a career fair where my experience seemed to align with their work. They gave me a business card, and I also submitted an online application. We kept in touch, and scheduled an interview for after my semester ended. There was a first round interview, then a final round interview at their headquarters. The first round was one-on-one, while the final round included both panels and one-on-one discussions throughout the day. The interviews felt more like getting to know each other and seeing if I was a good fit, rather than a stressful test, especially with their strong company culture, which made it enjoyable. They were focused on confirming I had the necessary technical expertise.

So I had an interview on campus first, and then about a month later, they invited me to ERS headquarters for a full-day interview. I got there at 9AM and left around 2PM after lunch. I spoke with an HR person, an executive, and two groups of three employees. The HR chat was pretty relaxed, just some personal questions about my background and hobbies. The executive I met with was a bit late, but we mainly talked about my previous work. They threw in one simple logic question. The panel interviews were more in-depth, with employees asking specific questions about my past roles, interests, and school projects. It felt more like a casual conversation than a tough interview. The office vibe was pretty chill overall.
