Pretty standard interview process, it was mostly about checking out my past experience, skills, what I'm aiming for, and if I'd be a good cultural fit. No unexpected challenges, just normal questions to see if I'd be a good match for the job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process kicked off with an HR screening, which involved a review of my resume and a discussion about my strengths and weaknesses. I was also asked about a time I solved a problem, which felt pretty standard. Following that, I had a second interview with my potential supervisor. This conversation went deeper into my thoughts on favorite ads and campaigns. We also talked more about the internship itself, and they seemed keen to know if I was comfortable with the responsibilities. They inquired about my previous internship experience. Both interviews took place in person at the Chicago Office. Ultimately, I was informed I didn't get the position as they selected another candidate. Interestingly, the posting for the same role reappeared about a week later. I reached out for more feedback but haven't heard back.

I had a phone chat with the HR Director. She thought I was a good fit and set up meetings for me with two higher-ups. I ended up going back three more times over about two and a half weeks. They extended an offer, but I turned it down because I accepted a position elsewhere.
