Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enercon Services.
Engineer
I submitted my application online and then a recruiter contacted me for an initial phone screen. They mentioned I'd be speaking with the hiring manager next. After that, I heard absolutely nothing for over a month and a half. I kept checking in about my application status but just got silence until they finally sent me a rejection.
- Can you share details about your past work experiences?
Project Engineer
It was a two part interview process. First was behavioral and the second was team specific. The interview process took a month and they were very quick in getting back to me after the interview.
- Can you tell me about your project management skills and how you handle changes?
- How do you approach team collaboration and conflict resolution?
Engineer
The process was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter screen, then I spoke with the hiring manager and some other people from the department. They were all pretty chill. I got the offer pretty quickly, within a day or two after the interviews. It felt easy, but I know experiences can differ.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What interests you?
- What are your career aspirations?
