First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enedis.
Technician
Their HR called me without me applying, 3 phone interviews, two 30 minutes, then 3 weeks later, one 1h30, then over a month later, an onsite interview with different people... total 3h15 of interview for a technician position paid about 1700 gross... anyway, no comment... no news since the interview on Oct 30, 2019... not even a rejection letter... nothing... you can see the human relations policy of this company right away... To conclude, I didn't ask anything from this company, it just wasted my time.
- Given your age (born in 1969), are you still able to climb a ladder??
- Why did you apply to our company?
Technician
My first interaction was a phone call 2 weeks after I applied. I passed that, then had a first interview at a recruitment firm in Lyon which I also passed. They were helpful and the interview went well. The next step was a second interview at Enedis in Paris, but I wasn't selected. This interview was very technical, and the recruiter didn't take time to get to know me, only judging me on a tough electrical technical test.
- Why ERDF?
- Can you explain the process of electricity transmission and associated voltage levels?
Technician
Got a vision interview first, then a phone call with HR. After that, it's an interview with the tutor and/or manager. Nothing else to report, though I had to write at least 30 words when I'm already applying, just to see other comments :)
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your experience.
- What do you understand about the role?
