First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enedis.
Project Manager
The interview process was quite long, spanning two months. It started with a pre-selection interview at a recruitment agency, followed by a psychological interview also at the agency. The final stage was an in-person interview in Paris with Enedis. There was a noticeable gap between each interview, which actually gave me time to prepare thoroughly.

Project Manager
The process had 3 stages: First, video interviews on a recruitment platform where they ask 5 questions and you have 1min30 to answer (you can rewatch your video and delete/re-record once). Second, a 1-hour remote interview with HR (from a candidate sourcing agency). Third, a 1-hour remote interview with the manager.
- Could you describe Enedis?
- Why are you applying to Enedis?
- Why are you applying for this particular role?
Project Manager
The HR interview was really insightful, with constructive feedback to help me improve for future interviews. However, the manager was a bit arrogant, making discriminatory remarks about my chosen course of study. They seemed to struggle with the idea that not everyone could attend prestigious preparatory schools (business or engineering), stating, "I like well-made brains." It's as if people from other schools aren't as capable... This shouldn't be justified by the fact that "we work in a large group." It's a rather regrettable mindset for a manager, giving a bad impression of the group, which is a shame because the missions were very interesting. Despite this, I was selected based on my character and determination to prove them wrong. However, I chose to decline the offer and join another company where the connection felt better and they don't make value judgments.
