The initial candidate screening is handled by the recruitment firm Menway. If Menway selects you based on your CV, you'll have an initial phone call, about 20 minutes long, with one of their consultants. They'll ask typical HR questions, like why you're interested, what your strengths are for the role, and your weaknesses. I don't know the rest of the process because I wasn't selected after this phone interview, which is odd since I seemed to match the profile. The only feedback I got was an email saying other candidates fit the profile better. Really strange! Enedis should just have their regional HR handle recruitment directly; they work closely with the engineering managers who need people and would know better who to pick. P.S. The job ad is still up a month later and was even reposted on LinkedIn.
