Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enedis.
Data Scientist
It was a multi-step process. First, an HR interview (video call, after a pre-selection via deferred video) to discuss my background, motivation, and interest in the role. Then, a technical interview (in-person) with questions about data, machine learning, and my projects. We also discussed practical cases and problem-solving approaches. The process was clear and well-organized.
- Can you describe the French electricity grid landscape?
Data Scientist
The process has two interviews. First with HR: talk about your background, motivations, cultural fit, and contract details (availability). Then a technical and manager interview at the same time: evaluate skills, maybe a case study, methodology, communication, prioritization, and fit with the team/project. The final decision combines these reviews for a potential offer.
- Tell us about your background and answer some technical questions (Stats, Machine Learning, Python, R, and SQL).
Data Scientist Intern
My interview at enedis was pretty interesting. They asked me about my past projects and some basic data science algorithms. They really wanted to know how I approach problems and the specific technical details of the models I've used. It felt like a mix of technical stuff and questions about how I'd apply data science concepts.
- Could you discuss your experience with deep learning?
