Software Engineer
It was a very pleasant discussion and they asked very meaningful questions based on my experience. Also, they explained their current way of working and expectations clearly when I asked. The whole process took around a month as there was an assignment before the discussion. HR kept me informed at every step. Excited and looking forward to starting my Eneco journey!

The interview process was quite upsetting. It included an HR call and a technical interview on July 18th. I haven't received any feedback since then. It felt like they were ignoring it. The process had 2 parts: 1- HR call (45 mins) for introductions and company info. 2- Technical interview (90 mins) split into System design (60 mins) and Coding (30 mins).
- Discuss different use cases and how to enhance the system.
- Refactor the code provided in the file share.
Software Engineer
The interview process included a take-home assignment and then an in-person interview with two engineers. We talked about my past projects and experience. They also asked general technical questions about programming languages, databases, and deployment tools. There were also a few questions about task management and some behavioral questions.
- Can you describe a technical project you worked on and the challenges you encountered?
- Walk me through a previous project you've worked on and your experience with it.
- Discuss your familiarity with programming languages, databases, and deployment tools.
