I applied online and got a call back in a couple days to come in for an interview. I thought the person I spoke to on the phone was the interviewer, but nope! I also had to have my resume ready to skip over most of the application they hand out when you arrive. I showed up for the interview and it turned out to be a group of 10 of us being interviewed in the bar downstairs. The interviewer, who I think was the CEO, was rude and seemed to talk down to or laugh at all of us, no matter our experience or personality. He actually said he wasn't looking to hire anyone, so it felt like a complete waste of time for everyone.

This was one of the smoothest interview processes I've been through. Teresa, who is very understanding, met me and I only waited about ten minutes. I completed an online application since I applied via Indeed Quick Apply, and Teresa was very helpful with it. Afterward, she took me to her office and was upfront about the position, explaining it's a high-stakes role requiring significant effort to succeed. We had a good conversation where she got to know me, and I felt comfortable despite my nerves. She then had a floor manager join us, who was direct and asked a few questions. We were in there for about five minutes. Teresa then returned and offered me the job, and I've been here since.

There were 2 interviews in total. The first was a screen selective interview, and the second was with the hiring manager. It was a relatively easy interview, though the hiring manager seemed unprofessional, being late to the video call and appearing as if she had just woken up.
