I spoke with a recruiter first, then had an interview with HR. The HR interview lasted about 30 minutes, where we discussed the company, my past experience, and the interview process itself. The process has three stages: first, a 90-minute online assessment, followed by a technical interview, and then a final interview with upper management. I completed the assessment but haven't heard back, even after sending two follow-up emails.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?

After that, a technical round that mixed technical and personality questions. Finally, an HR discussion, which was mostly behavioral and included salary talk.
- Tell me about the fundamentals.
- Can you elaborate on your past experience?
