Test Engineer
I applied online and it took over 3 months to get a response via email. Then, a recruiter called me for a 30-minute phone interview. They mentioned I would proceed to the next step, which involved a 2-hour interview with 4 different people (30 minutes each). However, I didn't hear back about scheduling for a month. I sent a follow-up email, and a week later, I got an email from HR saying they weren't moving forward with my application.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you elaborate on your past work experiences?
- What are your salary expectations?
Software Test Engineer
I applied online. The process took more than 2 weeks. I interviewed for the San Francisco Location in September 2017. A 2-hour telephonic interview was scheduled with 4 employees. This happened one after the other, and some questions were repeated. The employers seemed enthusiastic and friendly. Later, one technical round was conducted (maximum 30 minutes).
- Can you give an example of a high priority, low severity issue?
- Write an SQL query that pulls data from two tables.
- Write a query to group the data obtained from the previous query.
Test Engineer
It was 3 rounds of interview. First round was with HR. Second round was a technical interview, covering all testing concepts, scenario-based concepts, basic SQL and joins, and API testing. The third round was with the manager, focusing on situation handling.
- What are the concepts of Manual Testing?
- Tell me about SQL IRT background
