I talked with the Case Manager Supervisor and another Case Manager. They asked me a bunch of questions, like what would you do in certain situations, and what did you do in past situations. It was pretty relaxed in their office.

They called me at 7pm to schedule the interview and then started speaking to me in Spanish without warning. It felt like a test. I wasn't happy but I needed the job. The interview itself was pretty standard and everyone was nice, but it seemed like they were interviewing a lot of people. I waited over two weeks for an hour-long interview and then they ghosted me. Really unimpressed.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was conducted via Teams with two kind interviewers. Standard questions were asked, followed by a simple "thank you for your answer." I didn't receive any overall feedback during the interview. I did ask some questions about the position and travel arrangements. Later, I received a call from the regional supervisor regarding relocation, as the position seemed to require the candidate to be in a specific state. I mentioned that relocation would depend on the offer and benefits, and that I'd need to discuss it with my husband due to a recent move and having a preschooler. The supervisor inquired about the timeline for relocation, indicating flexibility as they'd been searching for a candidate for a while without success. She mentioned HR would be in touch with the gathered information. As a personal strategy, I research companies thoroughly before reading reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed. Endeavors had highly polarized reviews, some positive, some extremely negative. I've observed that companies with such contrasting reviews sometimes encourage current employees to post positive feedback to boost their ratings, though I'm not making that claim about Endeavors specifically. I've had a negative experience with a company that misrepresented the job, leading to significant personal distress. I aim to avoid companies that don't prioritize their employees, especially those in demanding roles. A recent review from someone identifying as part of HR strongly resonated with my past negative experience, and other older reviews corroborated these issues. My conclusion was that joining this organization would require conforming to potentially questionable practices, which I'm unwilling to do, regardless of compensation. I communicated to the interviewing supervisor that, due to company reviews and the relocation requirement, I was withdrawing my candidacy. This highlights the importance of sites like these for sharing experiences and making informed decisions. Always research, plan, and execute carefully, avoiding going in blind.
