Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Endeavor.
Assistant
So there were 4 interviews total. The first one was with a recruiter, then two interviews with agents who work in comedy touring, and then a final panel interview with two higher-ups in the division. Everyone was pretty chill, but the last one was more intense and serious.
- What are your main sources for comedy content?
Assistant
The interview was pretty chill and not overwhelming at all. The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable. We did the interview over Microsoft Teams. I was actually expecting it to be way tougher, but it wasn't. Overall, it was a good interview.
- What makes you want to become an agent?
Assistant
The hiring process was extremely long and drawn out. It felt like they were intentionally delaying to wait for another candidate to start. The whole thing took 3-4 months, with 3 interviews and several phone calls where they kept assuring me they wanted to hire quickly and that I should remain available. In the end, they just said they chose someone else.
- What are some of your favorite talents?
