Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Endeavor Global.
Senior Associate
It was a quick process, about three weeks long, with four interviews total. It included an initial interview, a business case, a team interview for culture fit, and a final interview with the manager.
- Cultural questions were asked.
- Questions about the business case were asked.
Associate
This was the longest interview process I've experienced. I spoke with about 7 to 10 people over a few months. After the last interview, they gave me a verbal offer and said I'd get a written one the next Monday. Monday came and went, and by later that week, when I followed up, they totally changed their minds. It felt like a huge waste of time, especially since a few months later, they hired someone related to an employee for the job.
- Why are you interested in Endeavor?
- What motivates your desire to leave your present job?
Associate
I applied and heard back within the week for a phone interview. After that, I was given a writing exercise. Once that was done, I was invited for a final interview. The final interview was with 7 people from the endeavor team, split into 3 meetings with 2-3 people each. These included program managers, program associates, and two VPs. Everyone was really friendly. The whole thing took about 2.5 weeks.
