It was a 3 stage process: first an HR round, then a typing test, and the final round was an operations round. The interview is not difficult to pass if you're prepared, but a good typing speed is essential for the backend profile.
- Can you tell me the total number of interview rounds?

It's a long process, with screening, then an online test, the operational round, and finally the HR round. You have to clear all of them. It's better you read thoroughly about customer service and debt collection.
- How would you persuade a customer to pay for something when they destroyed the card 10 years ago?

The interview process started with a quick chat with my supervisor, followed by an interview with the department manager. They asked about my skills from previous jobs and what a manager might see as an area for improvement for me. There was also a role-play exercise.
