So I went through 3 rounds of interviews, felt kinda rushed though, like they needed someone to fill the spot quick. Overall, the offer stage with HR was a mess. The HR person seemed lost, offered a different CTC than what we agreed on, and then they just stalled and made excuses. Total waste of time, I wouldn't recommend it.

I had applied to this company before, but it didn't work out. They reached out again after a while, and the whole process took about a week. First, I had a chat with a recruiter who told me about the role, the benefits, and answered my questions about the company. Then, I spoke with people from the technical team, part of which was in English. Finally, I had another discussion with the hiring team, and they made me an offer. They didn't give me any tests, which I think was because the interviews went smoothly and due to my GitHub contributions.

Buen proceso de entrevistas, primero con recursos humanos como es usual y luego con un lider de area. Fueron atentos a escuchar sobre mi experiencia. Me agrado que en la parte tecnica no me hicieran preguntas para que recuerde comandos especificos de memoria ni un multiple choice con tiempo limitado. Me pidieron que resolviera un algoritmo sencillo pero que a su vez alguien sin formacion no podria resolver , me preguntaron por el razonamiento logico que segui para resolverlo
