Entrevista tranquila com pessoal do RH, depois uma entrevista técnica que também foi bem tranquila, o pessoal da Encora é bem receptivo e no final uma com o gestor do projeto. O problema foi tomar uma negativa informando que eu não tinha conhecimento com testes de API sendo que a minha vida inteira como QA trabalhei com testes de API. Acredito que houve um engano entre candidatos.

The whole thing took about two months. It started with a recruiter chat to get to know me and for me to ask stuff. Then, a QA Lead I interviewed with, who asked testing questions and gave a little coding test, like they were checking if I'd fit an SDET role. The longest part was finding a client, which took over a month. The client interview was tough, with lots of technical questions, harder than before, but no coding this time. A few days later, the recruiter called with an offer, but they tried to lowball me on salary. I didn't accept their new offer. I ended up not signing with Encora because my current job gave me a better offer. The recruiter knew their offer wasn't much higher than what I was already making, so they weren't surprised when I declined. They seemed mad though and banned me from ever working there again, even though I never signed anything. It feels unfair to be banned for not accepting an offer, especially since I wasn't even hired. People should be able to look around before deciding what's best for their career.

The interview process was really quick, and the HR person was super helpful. They do everything in just one round, unlike other companies that have 3-4 rounds and then still put you on hold. I really enjoyed the interview process at encora and appreciate the whole team.
