I applied online and got a call within two days. The interview was set up for the same week. They gave me a tour of the facility during the interview. The questions were basic, no scenarios. It was an easy-going interview. I got a call back the same week with an offer.

A nurse recruiter reached out after finding my resume online and sent two links. The first was for references, where my references were emailed evaluations and questions about me. Then I got a questionnaire with situational and personality questions, which I found difficult due to the multiple-choice format. A few days later, I had an interview with HR, followed by another with the CNO and nurse manager where they asked many questions to assess personality fit. A couple days after that, I received an offer and was scheduled for a drug screen.

Behavioral Other

I interviewed with the Chief Nursing Officer. We did a big tour of the hospital while they told me about their mission, goals, and how they train people. I got to ask a lot of questions and they answered them all. Then we sat in his office and talked more about my experience and what I've done. I sent a thank you email the next day and have called them once a week for the past 3 weeks. They're still interviewing others or deciding on next steps.
