Behavioral Technical

At the beginning, there were quite a few questions about the stations in my resume and current activities. Afterwards, there was a very pleasant, technical discussion with the future team lead and service manager. Overall, there were few of the usual HR topics/questions. Very friendly and respectful atmosphere.

Behavioral

A get-to-know-you call was scheduled, which then turned into an interview where I was asked questions one-sidedly for 30 minutes. The role and its specific field of activity were not described in detail, and candidate questions were only allowed at the end and answered very briefly. This is unfortunately not how a get-to-know-you call on equal footing works.
