First, we introduced ourselves to each other. Then, we discussed the tasks. After that, questions about professional competence were asked. Your own questions were very welcome. Overall, it was a nice and relaxed job interview. There were no standard questions where you have to memorize your 'strengths and weaknesses'. EnBW is a great company!

Had a chat with the hiring manager, then another with the hiring manager and the head honcho. Followed by a chat with two of my potential future teammates (one senior, one junior). All in all, the conversations were quite pleasant. Talking with the colleagues also gave me a good feel for the role. It was a good impression.

During the initial 'getting to know you' chat, I felt they didn't give enough detail about the three EnBW representatives and their specific teams or departments. This really set the tone for me, making the conversation feel quite detached and a bit arrogant rather than warm and friendly. Personally, I'm looking for employers who can make a good impression even in this initial chat, allowing for a more equal footing. By 'equal footing', I mean, for example, that the team lead should introduce themselves fully, not just briefly mention their departments in a couple of sentences.
