Technical Behavioral

There were 4 interviews in total, including a phone call, a video recording, and two technical/behavioral interviews. The whole process took several months! They asked a lot of different questions, covering both behavioral and technical aspects. The managers kept asking questions like, "If they are on vacation and something critical happens, what will you do?" Since it was a junior position, I felt repeating that kind of question was not fitting for the role and its duties. This gave me the impression that it's possible this happens a lot when you're left to handle issues alone. Also, they didn't mention in the job posting that it was a junior position, but they told you during the interview. Overall, I really didn't like their hiring process. It was way too long for even a managing position, let alone a junior one!

Behavioral

The interview process was quite protracted, involving lengthy waits for callbacks and final offer confirmation. While the company is not outstanding to work for, it's not terrible either.
