So first, we'll look over your application, then have a quick screening call to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, we might have you do a technical or skills test. After that, you'll probably chat with the hiring manager, maybe some team members, or even senior folks to dig into your experience, see how you'd fit in, and check out your role-specific skills. Sometimes we also do reference checks before making a final offer with all the details on pay and stuff. Things can change a bit depending on the company and the specific role, though.

The whole thing took 3 weeks. It started with a 15 min phone screening with 2 managers. Then there was a 1 hour in person interview with 2 more managers. The final round had a 1hr case study and also a 1hr interview with 2 senior managers. They usually let you know the outcome within a week after each interview.
