First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enbridge.
Mechanical Engineer Intern
it was a pretty simple process, mostly focused on personality and soft skills. they asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and a lot about my university experience and why i chose my program. having a water bottle nearby is a good tip to give yourself a moment to think before responding.
- Could you tell me about your biggest weakness?
Mechanical Engineer
I had one phone call that was about half an hour and then an in-person interview that lasted an hour. They were really open and transparent about everything. It felt pretty relaxed. It was more of a behavioral type of interview than a technical one.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult person.
Mechanical Engineer
It was a chill and friendly process, they made me feel comfortable. There were two interviewers and they were really nice. The questions were straightforward behavioral ones that related to the job. My only issue is it's been over 4 weeks and I haven't heard back. I feel like it's just basic courtesy to let candidates know either way. I took time off to go there, how hard is it to just call and tell me?
