I had an interview on Teams, but the interviewer didn't want to turn on her video and said I didn't have to either. I found it unprofessional, like she wasn't interested in seeing me. How could she tell if I was being natural or reading answers? She spoke really fast and I felt like she was rushing through it. It was the worst interview ever. Then they ghosted me. My email asking about the status was ignored. Only after a second email, where I said I expected at least a courtesy reply, did I get a generic response saying I wasn't selected.
