Engineer
So after they look at your resume, they'll send you a link to do a recorded interview with about 4 questions. These are pretty standard behavioral questions, like asking what you'd bring to the team or a time you messed up. If that goes well, you'll have a live interview, either in person or over video, with a few people. Someone will be taking notes. The interview style and questions can differ based on who's interviewing and if it's for entry-level or more experienced folks. For me, it was around 8-10 questions, mostly behavioral and similar to the ones in the recorded interview.
- Describe a situation where a project encountered problems mid-way. How did you address it and proceed?
- Can you share an instance of failure you experienced during your work?
- Tell me about a time you were working on a project and something went wrong in the middle of it? What did you do to resolve it and move forward?

There were 2 rounds total, with HR and the hiring manager. Both were online. The HR phone interview was about 15 minutes. The second round interview was about 1 hour, where the VP and section manager asked questions. They also gave a brief introduction about their teams and the projects they focus on.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- What made you decide to apply for this position?
Engineer
First, I had a screening call with the recruitment company. After that, there was a 1-hour video interview with hiring managers. The whole process was smooth and I heard back within a week. The interviewers were nice and asked really reasonable questions.
- Can you list some physical hazards relevant to Enbridge's assets?
