My initial phone interview went really well. The HR person was super professional and friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. The call took about 20 minutes. We talked about my past work, my experience, and why I was looking for a new job. They also gave me a good rundown of what the job involves and explained what happens next – a recorded video interview and sending in a full application. They were upfront about the whole process and answered all my questions about the team vibe, how long it might take to get hired, and what they're looking for. Even though they weren't super technical, they shared some info from the hiring manager and asked some good questions about how I lead, work with others, and get involved in projects.

I first had to do a HireVue screening, which was like a basic behavioral questions thing. Then, about 2-3 weeks later, I had a panel interview with two senior team members. They were nice and told me a lot about the company. It was a casual chat, more behavioral questions and some case scenarios.

Had an informal 2:1 interview with a senior analyst and a manager. It lasted about an hour. There was a short skills test to confirm my knowledge of basic statistics/econometrics, and some behavioral questions.
