After two interview rounds that went really well, I was supposed to talk to a co-founder. When I asked about how some backend and frontend architecture parts interact and how authentication works, the co-founder told me to stop wasting his time. He then told me to download the app, which is in an alpha stage, test it out, come up with questions about it, and reschedule the interview very soon. As a software developer, this is a major red flag. Any senior person in a company, especially a startup, should respect their developers.

I applied online and then got a call. We had a quick chat over the phone, and then I went in for an in-person interview. It was a pretty standard process, pretty much like other companies. The interviewers were nice people. Everything went well. I also met with the head of product, which was cool to learn more about the company.

I found the job posting online and sent in my resume. A few days later, they emailed me back. Then I had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes long with some normal questions. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. This was cool because I got to meet the head of product and really understand how the company operates and what my job would be. They offered me the position a few days after that, and I accepted.
