Project Manager
The interview process was the most unprofessional and disorganized I have seen in 20 years. The hiring manager, recruiters and HR staff were friendly at first, but quickly became the flakiest group imaginable. Disappearing for 3-5 weeks then reappearing, making a verbal offer and then ultimately not following through. The job description changed 3 times. Be VERY careful - the red flags are everywhere!

Project Manager
The interview process started typically: a recruiter phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and the next level manager. Then there was an informal group meeting with the team, who seemed great. After that, things got wild. They offered me the job late Friday, but then rescinded it on Monday because I didn't accept right away. They said it showed a 'lack of excitement.' Apparently, they want someone who reacts impulsively and takes every opportunity, not someone who thinks things through logically. Their whole process took 16 days, and I guess asking for two days to consider is too much. Integrity clearly isn't a priority there. At least they showed their true colors before I would have made the mistake of accepting.

- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Project Manager
I found all the info about the job easily. HR gave me all the info I needed and were very professional. The recruiter answered all my questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews and I felt welcomed each time. Overall, I'm very happy with the recruiting and hiring process. Shout out to the HR team.
- Tell me about your experience with Senior Project Management.
