The interview had 3 rounds. First was a technical interview which went well, I'm a SAS programmer and they asked intermediate to difficult SAS questions. Then there was a managerial round where we talked about my certificates. The manager was friendly and explained the job expectations, how I'd fit, and the learning/benefits. The last round was a management level one where they asked about my skill sets, how I've used them in past jobs, and how they can be applied here.

First, there was a telephonic HR screening. Then, a telephonic interview with the hiring manager where they asked questions about my resume and past projects, and to prepare for regression methods and other algorithms I've worked on. After that, a telephonic interview with the Director. Then, a face-to-face interview with both the hiring manager and Director. Finally, an HR interview.
