Got asked some technical questions on different HR aspects. Also, they asked me about how I've handled different situations in the past. There was a written test to check my knowledge too. I also got to spend some time in the workplace to see if I liked it before deciding on the offer.

So the process for Field Consultant started with a quick 30-min phone screen. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview. The phone chat gave me a good idea of where the company is heading, and the first interview really hammered that home. They got back to me the same day with feedback and set up a second interview, giving me three days to prep. The final interview was a Skype call with two people on the panel. I got an offer the very next business day. Honestly, the whole experience with the recruiters was top-notch.

Technical Presentation

The first phone interview was pretty standard and then I moved on to a face-to-face interview. It was a bit disorganized and the interviewers were late. The interview had two parts: reviewing an employment contract and a formal interview. The contract review part was okay and the interview itself went well. I had to follow up to find out about the next steps. They mentioned I should hear back by the end of the week, but it's been almost two months since the interview and I still haven't heard anything.
