I had a phone interview with the recruiter. You can also interview in person at the local office. It was a really easy process and the interviewers were very understanding. They asked pretty standard questions like 'Why Empire Today?' and 'Tell me about yourself.'

First, there was a screening call with a corporate recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with my direct hiring manager. After that, I completed a take-home assessment. Next, I interviewed with the regional manager for the area. Finally, I participated in a panel interview with 3-4 managers and regionals from other markets, plus the VP.

I got found on Indeed or a similar site where my resume was posted. Someone reached out to me and I took the call. It led to a chat with the recruiter, who then connected me with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was looking for someone with my profile. The whole interview process was surprisingly straightforward. I guess I'd had enough of jobs I didn't like, and these folks saw me as someone adaptable and driven. So, in this case, everything went really smoothly.
