Customer Service Representative
I talked to the customer service manager and an HR person at the same time. They asked about my past jobs and how I handled certain situations.
- Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker. What was the outcome?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process is pretty easy, and the people in charge are nice. The only hard part (where most people apparently fail) is the behavioral test. It's a really tough step and doesn't actually show what a candidate can do (like soft skills, understanding processes, call flows, problem-solving, etc.). They have you do a bunch of tests before the final interview, which is the behavioral test.
- After reading a paragraph, could you provide an example of a situation you faced in a previous job?
Customer Service Representative
Started with an online application, then had a phone call with the HR recruiter. Followed by a language test and a psych assessment. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Recruiter and the Department Manager. They requested 3 references from my past employers for reference checks. Finally, I got an offer and was told to complete and return it within 5 days.
- How do you handle situations where you have multiple tasks needing attention at the same time
