The interview process was very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable talking to the manager and the Nurse Clinical lead. They both showed interest in my questions about the position. I felt like I'm a good match for the job.

After doing the paperwork online, the RN Residency has two days of interviews where you can interview for up to three different units. The biggest issue is that there aren't enough time slots so many units fill up and you can't interview for them! They're also virtual, so there's not much interaction and you don't get to see the unit. Questions weren't bad, but technology issues happened a lot and the only interviews were during the day so I had to leave class to do these interviews!
