Super easy interview experience! It wasn't intense at all. They just wanted to chat about my previous work, how I manage my time, and if I knew about CRMs. It really felt like a casual chat rather than a formal interview. It was relaxed, simple, and totally approachable.

The interview process for this internship was quite relaxed and informal. It mainly involved a single supervisor conducting the interview. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the focus was on discussing my previous experience and assessing my understanding of the company.

I applied online and they emailed me to set up phone interviews and I ended up interviewing with two different departments. I didn't get either internship, I think the first because I wasn't prepared enough and the second because they clearly wanted someone with way more experience specific to the department. My only big complaint is that they would repeatedly contact me to schedule an interview in the next day or two but then not email me back for weeks. Also, they always promise to get back to you even if it's a no, and then you never hear from them again.
