Behavioral

Super easy interview experience! It wasn't intense at all. They just wanted to chat about my previous work, how I manage my time, and if I knew about CRMs. It really felt like a casual chat rather than a formal interview. It was relaxed, simple, and totally approachable.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was really bad. The interviewer spoke with me on a Friday morning and then expected me to do a writing assessment and submit it that same afternoon. She said it would only take about 15 minutes, but it looked like it would take hours. Since I was a full-time student with classes, she extended the deadline to Sunday at the latest. I submitted it Saturday morning but haven't heard anything back since. Some of the required reading material was behind a paywall. She had told me in the initial interview that I'd get feedback on whether I advanced to the next stage or not, so it was incredibly rude to not hear back at all. It's disappointing because I admired the organization, but it seems they don't follow their own values.

About 3 weeks after applying, I got an email that seemed like a mass email asking me to do a writing test within 48 hours. I did the assignment and sent it back on time. I got an automatic confirmation but then heard nothing back for a month, despite sending multiple follow-ups. I never even got a rejection email. It felt like a waste of my time since I might not have even been considered, and it was impersonal not to have a phone call first or at least a personalized email. But honestly, it might be a good thing as it suggests a disorganized company culture.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through two rounds of interviews for an Assistant role, first a phone call and then an in-person meeting at a coffee shop. There were over 300 applicants. The hiring process was really fast; I got invited to the second interview on the same day as the first, and the second interview happened two days later. I really liked how open the Director was about everything – the timeline, updates, and whether my salary expectations were realistic. Even though I didn't get the job, she called me personally to let me know and even offered to help me find other opportunities by connecting me with other organizations. It was a good and respectful experience overall, even without the job offer.
