The interview process was super organized and professional. First, there was an HR screen with really nice and helpful people who knew what the job was about and could answer my initial questions. Then, I had four rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and some panels.

So I had 8 remote interviews. Started with the hiring manager and the outgoing manager, then a bunch of others individually. This included people from other teams, and both the hiring HR and the business partner HR. I had one last interview with the hiring manager, and he said I'd have a final one with his boss, and that HR was scheduling it. Then... radio silence for 3 months, even though I emailed the hiring manager and HR directly. I told them I had found other opportunities and moved on.

Last fall I had 9 interviews for a position, and things were going well, with good interviews with a great team. I was told by my hiring manager that my final interview was in the process of being scheduled by HR with his boss. Then... nothing, despite 3 emails to the hiring manager and a couple inquiries made internally by junior HR. To this day (4 months later) I have no idea what happened, nor did I receive a rejection email. I understand that anything can happen in a company - plans change, positions are filled / cancelled, stuff happens, etc... but I was surprised by the complete lack of response.
