It was a two-stage interview. First, I spoke with a recruiter, and then I spoke with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was pretty rude, like implying that because I was laid off, there must be something wrong with me. Then they just ghosted me.

I had a great experience interviewing with this company. The recruiting team was very responsive and communicative, and they gave me good feedback. Even though I didn't get to the next stage, I really enjoyed talking with the hiring manager and the recruiter. They seemed very sincere.

I got contacted by a staffing agency about this job. The recruiter thought I was a good match based on my resume, so I booked a 30-minute call with her. We had a good chat, and they set up an in-person interview for the next week. On the day, the recruiter called me to say the hiring manager couldn't make it and we had to reschedule. I was fine with that, as I really wanted to meet the manager and her team. When the interview finally happened, two nice admin assistants from the manager's team came first. As they talked about the job and asked about my background, I realized it was mostly an admin role, not what I expected from the title or my first chat with the recruiter. The training manager joined next and asked me similar things. We discussed my last job, which wasn't administrative. Towards the end, the hiring manager appeared. She didn't ask many questions since her team had covered most of it. She walked me out and said they'd let the recruiter know about their decision next week. It was a good experience overall, just a bummer the role wasn't as "scientific" as I thought. I want to use my admin skills as a base for other kinds of jobs.

Behavioral Technical

This was a well-run interview process with great communication from the internal recruiting team. It started with a phone screening with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited to travel to Boston for in-person meetings with team members. The company handled all travel and accommodation, including car service, and the recruiters did a fantastic job keeping me updated. The whole thing went smoothly and was a pleasant experience. The interviewers were friendly and professional, and we had good talks about how the job should be done. While the company decided not to fill the role right now, meaning no offer was made, I wanted to commend them for managing the process so well.
