After passing the English and logic tests on the platform, the interview was very friendly and worked like a conversation. I also had to speak in English at one point to show my fluency.

It's a formal chat, no need to be nervous, they're straightforward about what they need and it's usually exactly what's in the job description! Have the knowledge they ask for, because that's exactly what you'll use and they'll demand a lot, but you're highly recognized if you really know how to do it and do it well!

Intern
First, there was an online pre-selection with logic and foreign language tests. Then, all candidates for the sector positions were brought together for a group activity in the morning. In the afternoon of the same day, the managers who reviewed the resumes and watched the group activity conducted individual interviews with their chosen candidates.
