I applied online and then received an email inviting me to schedule an interview and complete an online assessment. After finishing the assessment, I had a phone interview. I was then accepted to the next stage, which was a virtual interview with the hiring team.

I did an online computer skills test first. Then I had a phone interview, which was mainly about me and my career goals. They told me not to do the 2-hour video interview unless I was going to accept the job. So, I did the 2-hour video interview, which included a part on veterinary knowledge, the usual stuff about strengths/weaknesses/goals, and a final assessment. I thought they were really interested because of all that and because I'm super qualified. But then, a week later, no word. I followed up and got an email saying they were looking at other people.

Behavioral Technical

The first phone interview was pretty laid-back. We chatted about the company, the benefits, and what the job entails. They did ask about handling angry customers, which was a bit of a red flag for me, but I get that people get upset in insurance. After that, there was a really weird 50-question assessment with odd questions about images, numbers, and logic puzzles, like 'a fork is to a knife as a spoon is to __'. I couldn't see how any of that related to pet care or health insurance. Then came a typing test. If I had passed those, the next step would have been a Zoom interview. Obviously, I tanked the psychological test.
