Intern
The interview process started with on-campus recruiting, and I had a single, late-stage in-office interview. It was a pretty standard interview where we talked about my background, what I'm interested in, and the position itself. They seemed really focused on figuring out if I was interested in the specific intern role. I connected well with the interviewer, who was the supervisor for the intern position, and they seemed impressed with my qualifications and professional interests. I got a call back the very next day with an offer for the Intern position. The following week was all about onboarding, which included a drug test.
- Tell me about yourself and what you're interested in.
- What specifically about this role sparks your interest?
- What are your professional interests and qualifications?
Intern
The interview process was really smooth, and everyone I interacted with was super helpful in making it a comfortable experience. It felt like a pretty typical interview with a casual style. They asked me about times in my career when I've pushed my boundaries or done something particularly well.
- Can you share an instance where you did something outside your comfort zone and how you tackled that challenge to be successful?
IT Intern
The interview process typically includes questions like 'tell me about a time you worked well/did not work well with a team' and 'what happened?'. They also ask 'what interests you about us?'.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your interest in Emblem Health?
