First, you'll chat with the F&B manager to go over your barista background and the role. While experience is a plus, these days, if you've got a great attitude and a desire to serve, they're willing to train you even if it's your first time as a barista. After you and the F&B manager agree on the job details, hours, and pay, they'll send you to HR to sort out the paperwork.
