I was interviewed by three females: the Front Office Manager, the Human Resource Manager, and the General Manager. I honestly believe they are looking for some underqualified applicants for the pay they are offering, which is very low.

The interview process was relaxed and management was easy going. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. I interviewed with the General Manager, who had the final decision on hiring. I felt comfortable right away. The hotel was easy to find. I received a tour on the day of my interview, and I was also hired that day.

I had an initial meeting with management, and they told me I was the top applicant and that no other interviews were scheduled. However, I never heard back until I reached out. The recruiter then mentioned they had other applicants after me, even though earlier they said they needed several managers due to expansion. In the end, they decided to hire an internal candidate. After spending an hour detailing my experience, they indicated I was practically hired. I was very disappointed and would not recommend applying to Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation again.
