Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at eMazzanti Technologies.
Network Engineer
You apply on the company website and then HR calls you for an initial screening. The technical interview is in person. The last interview is with the Team lead and CEO. You need to have a work permit, green card, or be a citizen.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experience or describe the tech support life cycle?
- Tell me about your past work experience, or alternatively, walk me through the tech support life cycle.
Network Engineer
First, I talked to the hiring manager about my background and previous work. I felt like I answered her questions well, and then she introduced me to the engineering leads. They seemed kind of distracted and not very interested in talking to me. Then the Owner came over and asked me to identify a sewer cap in a picture. It was weird! Everyone else in the office seemed mad.
- Can you tell me about your previous employment and describe your experiences there?
- What training have you received related to network solutions?
Network Engineer
it was an easy process, nothing too weird. The techs didn't seem too interested. You didn't have to prep a lot. Just stay calm, or don't bother coming. No salary talks. Had three interviews, one with HR, then the owner, and finally the owner's wife.
- What is that round thing on the wall?
