Behavioral Technical

First, I talked to the hiring manager about my background and previous work. I felt like I answered her questions well, and then she introduced me to the engineering leads. They seemed kind of distracted and not very interested in talking to me. Then the Owner came over and asked me to identify a sewer cap in a picture. It was weird! Everyone else in the office seemed mad.

Behavioral Technical

it was an easy process, nothing too weird. The techs didn't seem too interested. You didn't have to prep a lot. Just stay calm, or don't bother coming. No salary talks. Had three interviews, one with HR, then the owner, and finally the owner's wife.
