So I had a take-home assignment that was 3 days, but it was flexible and pretty easy. Then, I had a technical interview with the manager and an engineer. I had to present my take-home solution and answer some questions about TypeScript and JavaScript. Lastly, there were 3 trial days where I worked with the entire team on actual tasks, including some pair programming.

The process included a small take-home coding challenge, followed by a technical interview where we discussed the take-home project and general engineering topics. Then there were trial days and a culture interview. The whole thing moved quickly, and the people were nice and professional. I turned down the offer because I didn't think I'd fit the company culture, which really values face-to-face communication, pair programming, and test-driven development.

I did an online test that was pretty easy. I had one day to implement a due date calculator in an issue tracking system and include unit tests. I had to do this at home. After that, there were 3 trial days where I joined a team and worked with them. They use PHP, which I don't know and told them multiple times, but they said it's not a problem. After the trial days, I got feedback that I wasn't proactive enough and they are looking for someone with more professional experience.
